Mind Matters was founded in 2019 with the aim of improving wellbeing and the quality of life of individuals through assessment, counselling, coaching, and training.

We provide high-quality, in-person and remote psychotherapy & counselling, psychoeducational & diagnostic assessments, psychiatric consultation & management, corporate wellness, cognitive & brain training, as well as trainings, masterclasses & workshops.
